Role Description This is an on-site Video Editor Intern role based in Kakori. The Video Editor Intern will support the creation of marketing, product, and educational videos for Skysoft's SaaS solutions and internal initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions and basic visual effects, and optimizing audio for clarity and balance. The intern will assist in preparing assets for various channels (website, social media, presentations) and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with designers and marketers on storyboards, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and exporting videos in appropriate formats and resolutions.

• Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling (experience with After Effects or similar tools is a plus).
• Ability to manage audio tracks, sync voiceovers, and apply basic sound enhancements.
• Familiarity with digital content for web and social media platforms, including common aspect ratios and formats.
• Strong attention to detail, including timing, pacing, and visual consistency.
• Ability to follow creative briefs, accept feedback constructively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Portfolio or sample work demonstrating video editing skills, even from academic or personal projects.
