Graphic Designer + Video Editor - Jaey (Full-time)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1-2 years (full time - on-site)
Jaey is India's first size-inclusive power dressing brand - think Raymond, but for women.
We're building India's most iconic workwear brand, and we're looking for a design powerhouse to tell our story visually across platforms.

You're a creative problem solver with a strong aesthetic eye, sharp instincts for branding, and an obsession with detail.
You know how to take direction, but also push boundaries and pitch fresh ideas.
What You'll Own
Graphic Design
- Social-first creatives (Reels covers, carousel posts, static ads)
- Website banners and assets
- Lookbooks, campaign decks, and pop-up collateral
- Packaging + offline branding touchpoints
- Visual storytelling anchored in our brand language
Video + Motion
- Editing short-form videos (Reels, founder POV content, campaigns, BTS)
- Light colour correction, transitions, overlays, subtitles
- Basic motion graphics (text animations, product labels)
- Cutting long-form into snackable content
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the founder & brand team
- Translate loose ideas into sharp, scroll-stopping output
- Manage a fast-paced pipeline, iterate rapidly, and ship daily
Must-Have Skills
- Strong command over Adobe Suite / Figma / CapCut / Premiere Pro
- Motion graphics basics (After Effects bonus)
- Understanding of trends, typography, layouts, pacing
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle preferred (not mandatory)
