Your Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design premium, high-converting social media creatives, performance ads, and brand visuals
- Edit crisp, engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all platforms and touchpoints
- Support the creation of campaign videos, product launches, and brand storytelling assets
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, formats, and creative techniques
What We're Looking For
- 12 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or After Effects)
- A keen understanding of social media aesthetics, formats, and storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual taste level
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and collaborative attitude
- Experience with performance marketing creatives is a strong advantage
