About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven VP Sales to lead revenue growth across India and international markets. The candidate must be hands-on, process-driven, and highly experienced in enterprise and institutional sales

.

Key Responsibilities

Own monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets

Build and manage a high-performance sales team (inside + field + channel)

Create and drive sales strategy for universities & enterprise clients

Develop 3 qualified pipeline through outbound, inbound & partnerships

Lead sales forecasting, pricing, proposals, demos & closures

Build CXO relationships and ensure 90%+ renewals

Expand into new markets (Middle East, SEA, Africa, India Tier 2/3)

Implement CRM KPIs, sales governance & weekly funnel reviews

Lead channel partner development and deliver 30% revenue via partners

Must-Have Skills

Enterprise SaaS / EdTech / enterprise sales

Proven record of 50 crore+ annual targets

Strong negotiation, closing and team leadership ability

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Data-driven, pipeline-focused, high accountability

Education

MBA / PGDM preferred | Engineering background is a plus

Compensation
