Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Own the performance marketing strategy and align all activities with client goals and organizational vision.
  • Drive data-led decision-making across Paid Media channels including Search, Social, and Programmatic.

Client Partnership:

  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling performance services.
  • Leverage client insights to drive business growth initiatives.

Team & Capability Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the performance marketing team.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous upskilling within the team.

Integrated Strategy Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic) to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Standardize performance marketing outputs, ensuring consistency in delivery, reporting, and best practices.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.
