- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling performance services.
- Leverage client insights to drive business growth initiatives.
Team & Capability Development:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the performance marketing team.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous upskilling within the team.
Integrated Strategy Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-channel teams (SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic) to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Operational Excellence:
- Standardize performance marketing outputs, ensuring consistency in delivery, reporting, and best practices.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness.
