The Role

The VP – Sales will be responsible for driving AUM growth by building and managing multi-channel distribution across:

  • NSE brokers & trading members
  • IFAs & RIAs
  • Family offices & wealth managers
  • Institutions, corporates & treasuries

The role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and deep intermediary and direct investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

·      Build and scale pan-India intermediary network

·       Drive sales across mutual funds, ETFs & outcome-oriented products

·      Develop and execute channel-wise sales strategies

·       Lead intermediary engagement & activation

·       Conduct seminars, roadshows, webinars & investor meets

·       Build institutional & strategic partnerships

·       Develop Manage and mentor high-performance sales teams

·       Work closely with marketing, product & compliance teams

Who Should Apply

·      Over 10 years of experience in MF / Wealth Products / BFSI sales

·       Strong network and working relationships with IFAs, RIAs, brokers, wealth managers & institutions

·       Proven track record of AUM growth especially in ETF segment.

·       Deep understanding of mutual funds, ETFs & investment products

·       Excellent communication & relationship-management skills

·       High integrity with strong compliance orientation

·       MBA / CA / CFA preferred
