*Role Overview:*
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional for the role of Executive Chef to lead and manage the VIP kitchen operations for the Promoter's dining requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong culinary expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver world-class dining experiences with the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and discretion.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee end-to-end kitchen operations for VIP / Promoter dining requirements
* Plan, curate, and execute high-quality menus across multiple cuisines
* Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service excellence
* Manage food preparation, inventory, kitchen staff, and vendor coordination
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen compliance
* Cater to personalized dining preferences and special requests of VIP guests
* Introduce innovative culinary concepts while respecting traditional preferences
* Ensure smooth execution of private events, formal dinners, and special occasions
*Candidate Profile:*
* Minimum 14+ years of experience in hospitality / luxury culinary operations
* Proven expertise in handling multi-cuisine preparations
* Strong understanding of Gujarati cuisine will be an added advantage
* Experience in luxury hotels, private residences, or UHNW client environments preferred
* Excellent leadership, planning, and team management abilities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in VIP settings
*Qualifications:*
* Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
* IHM qualification will be an added advantage
*Preferred Background:*
Candidates from luxury hotels, premium hospitality brands, or exclusive private client service environments will be highly preferred.
