Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy & Quality Governance
- Define and standardize design frameworks, templates, and processes
- Approve major design concepts before client presentation
- Establish design quality benchmarks
- Ensure consistency across regions
- Drive innovation in workplace design
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead Design Leads, Interior Designers, GFC, 3D, and Graphic teams
- Conduct design reviews and internal audits
- Mentor and develop mid-level leaders
- Build future design leadership pipeline
- Conduct periodic skill evaluations
Client & Business Alignment
- Participate in key client pitches
- Support high-value enterprise discussions
- Align design direction with commercial viability
- Manage complex client escalations
Cross-Department Integration
- Work closely with Sales for pitch strategy
- Align with Commercial & BOQ for cost realism
- Coordinate with Execution for build feasibility
- Review post-execution feedback for design improvements
Process & Systems Governance
- Ensure ClickUp and documentation discipline
- Drive design-to-GFC handover quality
- Minimize site escalations due to design gaps
- Institutionalize version control and revision frameworks
Innovation & Brand Building
- Develop design language for PHI
- Maintain material libraries and trend awareness
- Introduce AI and visualization advancements
- Strengthen brand presentation capability
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's / Master's in Interior Design / Architecture
- 12–16 years in commercial interiors
- Experience leading multi-project teams
- Strong corporate project portfolio
- Prior leadership role preferred
