Business Line- Emerging Markets
What this job involves:
- Support supporting the new business prospecting and pipeline and Data Base Management, Market Link updation, new property Sourcing and Absorption updation.
- Support sales leadership and business line heads to support the development of new business opportunities and manage the database administration
- Work closely with our internal database teams to leverage existing industry research and pair with external data sources to identify new properties effectiveness.
- Source new supply of commercial office space for the Markets team and maintain the existing database available on our software – Blossom & Horizon
- Maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date.

Key Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Should be a team player
- Must be fluent in local language and English
- Source new supply of commercial office space for the Markets team and maintain the existing database available on our software – Blossom & Horizon
- Maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date
- Build, maintain, support and validate primary and secondary databases to be used to support our sales efforts and pipeline management for the region.
- Ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design.
