Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and strengthen store operations across our retail jewellery business. The role will focus on operational discipline, store performance, and driving sales execution across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, implement, and monitor SOPs across all stores to ensure consistency and compliance
- Oversee store infrastructure, visual merchandising, hygiene, and security in line with brand standards
- Track and improve inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and operational metrics
- Work closely with store managers to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Implement upselling and cross-selling practices to improve average ticket size
- Hire, train, and manage store managers and frontline sales teams
- Design and monitor performance frameworks and incentive structures
- Conduct regular store visits to review performance and resolve operational issues
- Oversee stock management, reconciliations, audits, and loss prevention
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaint resolution
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for smooth execution
- Share regular operational and sales reports with clear action points
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 6 years of experience in jewellery retail operations
- Prior experience managing multiple stores or regions
- Strong understanding of sales-driven retail operations
- Hands-on experience in SOP creation, team management, and store audits
- Ability to work in a high-value inventory environment
