We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership, shaping people strategy and driving organizational performance for a global financial institution.
This is a high-impact leadership role — ideal for someone with deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, matrix environment.
What you'll do:
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people and business priorities
Drive HR processes — compensation, performance management, talent development, and career progression
Partner with managers to enable growth opportunities and employee engagement
Support hiring for assigned business units and provide market intelligence for proactive talent retention
Lead training, L&D, and organizational development initiatives in partnership with specialist teams
Manage employee relations cases in liaison with Legal & Compliance
Use data analytics to provide insights for decision-making
Champion the company's values, integrity, and inclusion across the organization
What we're looking for:
15+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in MNCs
Strong stakeholder management with exposure to global senior leadership
Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint, and experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI
High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and adaptability
