Role & Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules based on business requirements.
• Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators, including code reviews and solution design validation.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
• Define, implement, and enforce ServiceNow platform best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, MID Servers, REST/SOAP, and integration tools.
• Oversee custom application development, scripting for both client and server side, and workflow automation.
• Plan and manage platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and overall platform optimization.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data privacy, and enterprise governance requirements.
