About The Job
We are looking for a talented individual to manage and grow our commercial insurance portfolio across Non-Employee Benefits lines.
This is a client-facing, field-driven role focused on building strong B2B relationships, driving retention, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through cross-sell and upsell strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate risk and insurance solutions.
We Will Count On You To
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate or individual clients to drive revenue growth
- Drive revenue growth by implementing cross-selling strategies and or upselling opportunities during the sales process.
- Act as an intermediary between clients and underwriters to negotiate optimal premiums and coverage terms.
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and high customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and accurate documentation
- Understand client risks, analyze current policies, and present tailored insurance solutions
- Advise clients during claim situations, including dispute handling, recovery proceedings, and mitigation
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., IRDAI).
- Keep up-to-date sales performance metrics, manage the sales pipeline, and report to senior management.
- Discussion with Insurance companies for structuring deals, terms & conditions for policy holders.
What You Need To Have
- Master's degree
- Proven experience in enterprise relationship management and revenue ownership
- 15- 20 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling customer success or account management teams
