About The Role
We are hiring a Head - Marketing Procurement for a reputed, multi-location education group. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing and optimising all offline marketing spends across media buying, printing, production, and on-ground activations.
The role focuses on
cost optimisation, vendor strategy, and procurement governance, ensuring maximum visibility at the most efficient cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement for TV, print, radio, OOH, and offline media
- Negotiate with media vendors, agencies, and production partners
- Manage vendors for printing, fabrication, events, and activations
- Create standardised rate cards and pricing benchmarks
- Drive cost optimisation and eliminate unstructured spends
- Partner with marketing & finance for budget planning and execution
- Ensure compliance, approvals, and smooth execution across locations
Requirements
- 10 - 15+ years of experience in marketing procurement / offline media buying
- Strong experience in media negotiation (TV, print, OOH, radio)
- Proven ability to drive cost savings and vendor optimisation
- Experience in multi-location / large-scale organisations
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Background in education, retail, media, or similar sectors
- Exposure to large-scale offline campaigns
- Entrepreneurial experience in media/vendor management (good to have)
