Vice President Claims

We are looking for a strategic and experienced leader to drive end‑to‑end insurance claims management across all insurance lines.

The role involves:

•Oversight of claims operations across General Insurance, Health Insurance & Life Insurance

•Strengthening insurer partnerships and ensuring adherence to SLAs/TATs

•Governance, compliance, and regulatory alignment

•Customer‑centric claim resolution and escalation management

•Team leadership, performance monitoring, and process enhancement

Ideal Candidate:

•Strong experience in Claims leadership (GI/HI/LI)

•Proven expertise in Bancassurance ecosystems

•Excellent stakeholder management and decision‑making skills

•Ability to manage large portfolios with a focus on governance and customer outcomes

Education: Graduation or above (preferrable Engineering Graduate). Candidate from Insurance Institute of India would be considered an added qualification.
