Job Overview
We are hiring a skilled SAP TM Functional Consultant with 4–5 years of experience on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure and customize SAP TM modules based on business needs
- Collaborate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, and integrations
- Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Participate in implementation, rollout, and support projects
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP TM (Transportation Management) Functional Consulting
- Good understanding of end-to-end transportation and logistics processes
- Hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and customization
- Knowledge of integration points across SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, etc.)
- Experience working on implementation and/or support projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA TM (Embedded TM)
- Exposure to SAP Fiori (basic knowledge)
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics execution processes
Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of relevant SAP TM functional experience
- At least 1–2 end-to-end implementation or support projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field
