- Guide projects from concept design to execution and completion
- Lead architectural planning for large-scale high-rise and township developments
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to architectural teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture
- 18+ years of experience in real estate / infrastructure sector
- Proven leadership in handling multiple large-scale projects
- Strong expertise in architectural design, planning, and execution
- Experience in high-rise and township developments preferred
- Strong stakeholder and consultant management capability
