Vice President – Account Management

The Role
This is not a client servicing role. This is a growth leadership role.
You'll lead key client relationships, drive revenue across accounts, and shape how clients see us as a strategic partner, not an agency. You should be equally comfortable advising CMOs, challenging strategy, unlocking opportunities, and building high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Own senior client relationships and become a trusted advisor on business decisions
- Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and proactive opportunity spotting
- Bring sharp, integrated thinking across creative, media, content, and tech
- Play a key role in pitches with clear POVs and strong storytelling
- Build and lead a high-performance account management team
- Ensure delivery excellence across timelines, quality, and profitability
What You Bring
- 12+ years in account management within digital or integrated agencies
- Experience managing large brands and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of what drives real business outcomes in digital
- Ability to sell, defend, and scale ideas
- Equal comfort with data, strategy, and storytelling
- Proven track record of building and leading teams
