Compensation: ₹8–12 LPA (CTC),

Role Summary

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and own the entire marketing function for Arcitech and Arcot Group (and additional group brands as required).

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for: growth strategy, performance marketing, funnel design, team leadership, budget governance, tracking/attribution, and execution. The Marketing Manager will act as the single owner of marketing outcomes, ensuring the function runs independently with minimal day-to-day involvement from the CEO.

This role is hands-on, execution-driven, and leadership-heavynot a coordinator or agency-manager role.

Key Responsibilities

1) Growth, Revenue & Performance Ownership

● Own qualified lead generation, conversions, and revenue pipeline across brands

● Improve Lead → Opportunity and Opportunity → Win conversion rates

● Optimize CPL, CAC, and full-funnel efficiency

● Ensure marketing drives business outcomes, not vanity metrics

2) End-to-End Funnel Strategy & Execution

Design and manage full-funnel strategies across:

Paid Ads: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Bing, Display

SEO

Social Media

Content & Newsletter

Video, Podcasts, UGC

Offline initiatives (where applicable)

Additionally:

● Own landing page strategy, positioning, messaging, and CRO

● Ensure each campaign has clear tracking, attribution, and conversion goals

3) Budget Ownership & Governance

● Co-create monthly/quarterly marketing budgets with the CEO

● Ensure strict adherence to approved budgets; maintain budget vs. actuals

● Reallocate spend across channels based on performance

● Drive ROI reporting with clarity and discipline

4) Tracking, Attribution & CRM Integration

● Own GA4, GTM, CRM integration, call tracking, conversion tracking

● Ensure visibility from click → lead → contact → conversion → revenue

● Implement and refine offline conversion tracking

● Identify and fix funnel leakage in collaboration with Sales/Account Managers

5) Sales Alignment & Lead Quality Governance

● Define and enforce lead-handling SLAs with Sales/Account Managers

● Ensure fast follow-up and minimal lead loss

● Use sales feedback to improve targeting, creatives, offers, and funnel quality

6) Team Leadership & Marketing Department Ownership Act as department head and reporting manager for:

● Paid Ads team

● SEO team

● Social Media team

● Graphic Designers

● Video Editors

● Content Writers / Creators

Responsibilities include:

● Hiring, onboarding, and scaling the team

● Setting KPIs, accountability, and execution standards

● Coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement plans where required

● Supporting appraisals and compensation discussions in coordination with HR

7) Content, Media & Brand Building

● Own the weekly newsletter (strategy, cadence, quality, outcomes) ● Increase frequency and consistency of:

○ In-house shoots

○ UGC content

○ Podcasts

○ Short-form + long-form video

● Ensure content is performance-driven and actively used in funnels

8) Process, Playbooks & Innovation

● Build and document playbooks for:

○ Paid media execution and scaling

○ Funnel and landing-page frameworks

○ Creative testing systems

○ Reporting, dashboards, and analytics cadence

● Drive experimentation and stay ahead of platform changes

9) Executive Reporting & Autonomy

● Own weekly and monthly reporting (KPIs, learnings, decisions, next actions)

● Ensure marketing runs smoothly without CEO dependency

● Escalate only strategic decisions, major risks, or budget exceptions

Required Experience

8–12+ years in growth/performance/digital marketing with revenue accountability

● Proven experience leading multi-channel paid marketing at scale

● Strong background in funnels, CRO, lead quality, and pipeline impact

● Experience managing and scaling cross-functional marketing teams

● Track record of delivering measurable growth and revenue outcomes

Core Skills

● Paid Ads: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok (plus other networks as needed)

● Analytics & Tracking: GA4, GTM, CRM, call tracking, attribution

● Funnel design and landing-page optimization (CRO, offers, messaging)

● Budget ownership and ROI optimization

● Hiring, leadership, performance management, execution rigor
