Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently handle vendor onboarding and maintenance requests including non-standard or complex cases
- Review and validate compliance documents, banking details and contractual information
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, approval matrices and audit requirements
- Resolve vendor data discrepancies and rework items
- Act as first-level subject matter support for junior team members
- Manage workload to meet turnaround times and SLA commitments
- Support periodic data cleanup and vendor rationalization activities
- Maintain and update process documentation and checklists
Experience Requirements
5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in vendor onboarding or master data management roles. Oracle & Coupa experience is preferred.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications are an advantage
