Job Description

  • Provide L2 production support for Unix/Linux applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems on Unix/Linux and Oracle environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Write, maintain, and update technical documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, L3 support teams, and functional/development teams.
  • Support project delivery by reviewing technical designs, coding, unit testing, and documentation.
  • Manage shift schedules, on-call rotations, and provide support during flexible hours as needed.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in technical tasks.
  • Exhibit flexibility in handling business requirements, holidays, and early morning or general shifts (no night shifts).
