he Vehicle Integration Lead †ADAS Demonstration & Test Vehicle Architecture is responsible for the end-to-end technical ownership of ADAS demo and test vehicles in India.

The role covers vehicle-level system architecture, hands-on integration, toolchain definition, and supplier-facing technical leadership, with a strong focus on making demonstrator vehicles work reliably under real-world constraints.

The position sits at the intersection of ADAS software, vehicle electronics, test infrastructure, and external tooling, and is critical for enabling customer demos, internal demonstrations, and data-collection vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

ADAS Vehicle Integration & ArchitectureOwn and drive vehicle-level integration of ADAS stacks, including CAN and Automotive Ethernet architectures, across demo and test vehicles.

Make integration and architecture decisions considering hardware limits, channel availability, and vehicle constraints.

Test & Measurement Toolchain OwnershipTechnically evaluate, select, and justify vehicle integration and measurement tools (e.g., FlexDevice / FL3X Config variants, AUTOSAR/Ethernet modeling tools, dSPACE-based systems).

Initiate evaluation licenses, assess suitability for Bosch use cases, and define configurations prior to procurement.

Supplier Technical LeadershipAct as the engineering-side technical owner for suppliers providing test hardware, networking equipment, measurement systems, and specialized components.

Define technical requirements, review quotations from an engineering perspective, and support purchasing and logistics with technically correct inputs until delivery and deployment.

ADAS Demonstrator ReadinessEnsure demo and test vehicles are technically ready by proactively identifying integration risks (e.g., insufficient CAN/I/O capacity, missing hardware, tooling mismatches) and forcing early decisions to avoid demo or milestone failures.

Cross-Functional & Global CollaborationWork closely with ADAS software teams, measurement/calibration experts, purchasing, and logistics.

Align local integration approaches with global Bosch practices and contribute to consistent demonstrator setups across regions.

Scope & AccountabilitySingle point of technical accountability for ADAS demo and test vehicle integration.

Direct technical interface to suppliers and internal stakeholders.Responsible for translating ADAS requirements into working, demonstrable vehicles, not just concepts.

Required Expertise:

Proven experience in ADAS vehicle integration and test vehicle architecture.

Strong hands-on background in vehicle networks, ADAS test setups, and system bring-up.Ability to combine system thinking, supplier coordination, and practical execution.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD electrical automotive engineering
