Technical Leader - Platform Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and build a team focused on automating technology and compute platform components to enhance developer experience.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving developer experience across infrastructure and platform services.
• Ensure product/stream-aligned teams work autonomously and effectively.
• Lead creation and adoption of shared CI/CD pipeline platform components to automate development workflows.
• Partner with development teams to build a self-service library of reusable platform components.
• Create repeatable CI/CD pipelines using standardized templates.
• Collaborate with Development, Security, and Infrastructure teams for lower environment setup and operational support.
• Champion automation for build and production support at the platform layer.
• Implement observability in build chains, CI/CD pipelines, and platform automations.
• Productize and maintain a versioned library of platform components and orchestration scripts.
• Standardize and create test cases in CI/CD pipelines to ensure operational readiness, UX, and architecture compliance.
• Establish metrics to monitor developer satisfaction and productivity.
• Stay current on trends in developer tools, platforms, and methodologies.
• Advocate and implement developer-friendly practices organization-wide.
