VCC - DFS - Hyperion

We are seeking a skilled HFM Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support and maintenance for HFM applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Oracle Hyperion EPM suite, including HFM, FDMEE, and Smart View, and will act as a subject matter expert to ensure smooth and efficient financial consolidation processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for HFM applications, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries.
• Monitor the performance and stability of HFM systems, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand requirements and provide guidance on best practices for using HFM functionalities.
• Work with IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
• Participate in testing activities for new HFM features, patches, and upgrades to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HFM and financial consolidation, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to end-users as needed.
