VBCS Consultant

• Overall 5+ years of experience, including at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

• Proficient in Visual Builder, Oracle JET, JavaScript, REST API, HTML, CSS, and SQL to develop, customize, and extend CX applications.

• Should have functional knowledge in CRM, SFA, and PRM modules to support business processes and application functionality.

• Knowledge of Oracle Digital Sales and CX Sales (Redwood) to understand reporting, dashboards, and integration requirements.

• Experience in configuring business processes, managing security mechanisms such as job roles, and implementing authentication methods including Bearer Token, Basic Auth, OAuth, and JWT.

• Ability to review existing configurations and scripts, analyze current implementations, and create detailed functional and technical documentation.

• Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/OICS) is considered an added advantage for integration scenarios.

Desired Criteria

• 4+ years of industry experience in Oracle CX - Sales, with practical exposure to building and extending CX solutions.

• Knowledge and technical experience in Oracle Next-Gen Digital Sales and Redwood to support enhanced analytics and reporting.

• Strong expertise in technical solutioning with the ability to translate business requirements into effective CX solutions.

• Ability to understand complex business processes and transform them into scalable and maintainable Oracle CX Sales solutions.
