VARC Faculty (CAT/IPMAT/CLAT

• Teach VARC modules (Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, Critical Reasoning, etc.) for CAT/IPMAT/CLAT.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, practice sessions, and mock test discussions.
• Provide personalized mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
• Create high-quality content, assignments, and learning material for the VARC section.
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure progress.
• Collaborate with other faculty and academic teams to design effective learning strategies.
• Stay updated with latest exam patterns, trends, and changes in syllabus.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in VARC for CAT/IPMAT/CLAT.
• Strong academic background in English/Communication/Relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command over vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension techniques.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students with varying learning levels.
• Content creation and test-prep experience will be an added advantage.
