Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative UX Design Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to our design process. You will work closely with an experienced UX team to create user-friendly experiences for products and clients.You will gain exposure to the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about solving complex design problems and crafting intuitive digital experiences.

Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Collaborate with developers, and senior designers to implement design solutions
- Support in designing high-fidelity UI screens following brand guidelines
- Contribute to design critiques and brainstorming sessions
- Work on real-world projects and gain exposure to end-to-end UX processes
- Lead research activities to create/curate content for Stikkman UX's social media handles
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma/course in Design, HCI or a related field
- Basic knowledge of UX principles, user research, and interaction design
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma
- Good understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about design and eager to learn
Nice-to-Have
- Some experience in graphic design or UI animations
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility guidelines
- A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal)
