You will workdirectly with the Foundersto design and buildgamified, engaging user experiencesfor Anaaht's digital products. Your work will shape how users interact, stay motivated, and emotionally connect with the platform.

This is ahigh-ownership internshipfor someone who designs beyond aestheticsfocusing onclarity, intuition, and behavior-driven experiences.

Commitment:Part-time, 20 hours/week

Designgamified UI/UX flowsthat encourage consistency, reflection, and engagement

Translate psychological concepts intoclear, interactive user journeys

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for core features

Experiment with engagement mechanics such as progress systems, rewards, and feedback loops

Collaborate closely with founders, developers, and content teams

Experience or strong interest inUI/UX design(Figma, wireframing, prototyping)

Curiosity abouthuman behavior, psychology, and habit formation

Understanding of mobile-first design and user attention patterns

Comfortable working in early-stage environments with ownership and ambiguity

Someone seekingreal-world impact, not surface-level portfolio work

Founder-facing role with real ownership and responsibility

Practical exposure to market-driven decision-making and execution

Design experiences for ameaningful wellness product

Learn howdesign, psychology, and gamificationintersect in real applications
