Company Overview
Jetbro is a technology consulting and systems integration firm that builds reliable, scalable digital systems for organizations where technology is central to everyday operations. We work across web, mobile, and enterprise applications, helping clients modernize complex systems with clarity and purpose.
Design at Jetbro is not about decoration it is about solving real problems, reducing friction, and enabling systems to work better for the people using them. Our UX work sits deeply within product and engineering, shaping how complex workflows, data-heavy tools, and operational platforms are experienced in the real world.
About the Role
As a UX Designer at Jetbro, you will design user experiences for enterprise-grade procurement and business applications used daily by operations, finance, and supply-chain teams. This role is focused on clarity, usability, and workflow efficiency, not visual experimentation for its own sake.
Our products solve complex, real-world problems like multi-step approvals, supplier onboarding, ERP integrations, compliance workflows, and data-heavy dashboards. Your role is to simplify these experiences, reduce cognitive load, and ensure users can complete tasks quickly, correctly, and confidently.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces. This role suits someone who enjoys structured thinking, understands enterprise users, and believes good UX is about removing friction, not adding flair.
