Fancall Private Limited is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused
UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity and overall experience of our digital products. Your primary responsibility will be to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who understands the balance between aesthetics and functionality and can translate ideas into meaningful user experiences.
As our UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, marketing teams, and key business stakeholders. You will be involved in every stage of the design processfrom conceptualizing layouts and user flows to conducting user research, building wireframes, and delivering polished final designs. Key Responsibilities
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to identify customer needs and pain points. Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that reflect intuitive, real-world use cases.
- UI Development: Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for both mobile and web applications, ensuring smooth navigation, accessibility, and platform compatibility.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and mockups using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Visual Design: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. Develop illustrations, icons, typography guidelines, and other visual elements to strengthen the brand's aesthetic.
- Collaboration: Partner with development and product teams to ensure design feasibility, provide necessary design assets, and support front-end implementation. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve the product.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests, gather and analyze feedback, and refine designs iteratively to improve overall user experience and achieve business objectives.
- Design Systems: Create, manage, and scale a design system or component library to maintain consistency and streamline future product development.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for mobile apps, web dashboards, and SaaS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with front-end frameworks is an added advantage to ensure smoother handoffs.
- Understanding of interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion graphics is a plus.

Education
A degree in
UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory. A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is essential.
