The role :
Join an award-winning team building products for high-profile global brands, including apps that have reached No. 1 on the App Store, where you will work with top product managers and a senior design team to design beautiful web and mobile interfaces, shape our design system, collaborate with engineers, iterate from customer feedback, and own work end to end with a high bar for craft and consistency.
What You Will Do
- Design responsive interfaces in Figma for marketing sites, web apps, and mobile
- Create polished, accessible user experiences that convert
- Build and maintain component-based design systems and style guidelines
- Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and wireframes to final UI and handover
- Prototype interactions and micro-animations where they add clarity
- Iterate based on data and customer feedback
- Partner with engineers for smooth handoff and implementation
- Maintain quality and consistency across all phases of delivery
What You Will Bring
- Mastery of Figma; Sketch experience is a bonus
- Portfolio showing strong typography, hierarchy, interaction, and user-centered visual design
- Proven experience creating and maintaining component-based design systems
- Solid grasp of responsive layout, grids, Auto Layout, variants, and tokens
- Working knowledge of accessibility and colour contrast in real projects
- Clear communication you explain decisions and bring people on the journey
- Ownership mindset with attention to detail and file hygiene
