A degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of UX processes and a strong ability to empathize with users, translating insights into compelling design solutions. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for articulating design concepts and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, a good sense of visual design, and the capacity to accept and incorporate feedback are critical. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous, along with a robust online portfolio showcasing outstanding design work.

Responsibilities

The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for a broad range of tasks aimed at creating seamless, engaging user experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staying current with the latest developments and best practices in UX design to ensure innovative and effective solutions.
  • Participating in cross-functional project meetings to help define and refine business requirements, advocating for user experience considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Enforcing and evolving CORE UI, Epsilon's enterprise design system, and ensuring compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
