Job Description

Join Aruba, an HPE company, a leader in next-generation network access solutions. You will help design and enhance enterprise software products that modernize networks, improve digital workspaces, and create seamless experiences across intelligent spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate UX requirements from Product Managers and Development Engineers.
  • Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, and interaction models.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups using Figma and related design tools.
  • Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and findings.
  • Ensure designs align with usability, accessibility, and corporate design standards.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • 47 years of professional experience in UX or Product Design.
  • Experience designing B2B or enterprise software products.
  • Exposure to IT domains such as Networking, Cloud, Compute, Storage, or IoT.
  • Engineering or technical background preferred.
  • Knowledge of front-end development is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
