Job Description

Join Aruba, an HPE Company, a leader in next-generation network access solutions for the mobile enterprise. You will help design and lead UX for enterprise platforms, shaping intelligent spaces and digital workspaces, and driving impactful user experiences for global customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX efforts across discovery, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
  • Define UX vision for new initiatives and evolve existing platforms.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
  • Create user journeys, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Establish and govern design patterns, system conventions, and UX standards.
  • Support grooming, demos, UAT, and release readiness.
  • Mentor junior designers and improve UX processes across teams.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • 812 years of experience in UX, Experience, or Product Design.
  • Strong experience with complex B2B enterprise products.
  • Technical leadership or people management experience.
  • Exposure to IT domains such as Networking, Cloud, Compute, Storage, or IoT.
  • Engineering background preferred; networking industry experience is a strong plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expert-level UX strategy and systems thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Capability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
