Ux Designer

Role: Technical Lead

Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Pune/Chennai

Experience: 7- 10 years

Key Skill /Skill Specialization: UX

Mandatory Skills: UX Design, wireframing experience, Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Desired Skills Agile

Professional experience:

· Min 8 year experience in delivering UX transformed output

· Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI design

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

· Need to have very good hands on experience on UX

· Should have very good communication skills as the person may need to interact with client stakeholders on daily basis

· Experience in leading product design initiatives

· Demonstrated experience in creating information architecture, personas and journey maps

· Experience in Figma/Axure wireframe design or other equivalent tools

· Sound knowledge of user interface design process design thinking & latest UI/UX trends

· Experience in performing user research, usability testing, field research, design workshops

· Experience in task flow analysis, dashboard design

· Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain design rationale

Roles and responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with business users, product managers and engineers to understand user requirements, business goals and technical constraints, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces

· Understand requirements and come up with UX Design. Work closely with application development teams to support UX requirements throughout the design and development cycle

· Responsible for detailed design, effort estimation and delivery within given timelines

· Need to come up with wireframes

· Work towards developing consistent and high-quality look/feel/function pages

· Responsible for scoping, detailed design, effort estimation and delivery within given timelines

· Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate cross-functional teams on the importance of UX in delivering exceptional products

· Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our products user experience

· Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the seamless implementation of UI designs, addressing any technical challenges or considerations
