Job Description:

• Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, ensuring timely execution and launch.
• Establish KPIs for product development and post-launch performance, monitoring and reporting on progress regularly to stakeholders
• Identify market trends and customer needs to develop high-impact features.
• Optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Improve UI/UX for better engagement and usability.
• Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies for lifecycle management.
• Utilize analytics (PowerBI, SQL) to track performance and drive data-backed decisions.
• Thorough documentation of processes, workflows, and product requirements by creating and maintaining detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and other related documentation.
• Determining improvements to product features.
• Enhance mobile/web product performance and usability.

Educational Qualifications : Bachelors/ Masters/ Post Graduation

Experience : 5-8 years of experience
