UX Design Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multi-skilled design team, fostering collaboration, constructive critique, and skill growth.
• Set high-level design goals and strategy, simplify workflows, and identify the right problems to solve.
• Translate user research into end-to-end customer experiences for AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Create key UX artifacts: storyboards, prototypes (low/high fidelity), taxonomies, patterns, information architecture, workflows, and design specifications.
• Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders by presenting design work and clearly defending design choices.
• Identify and implement new components, patterns, and templates to maintain design consistency across the organization.
• Plan, lead, and moderate virtual and in-person enterprise design thinking workshops.
• Advocate for human-centered design in daily work and client interactions.
• Use GenAI and design tools (Figma, Mural, Adobe Creative Cloud) to create and test designs.
