Business Analyst-UX-Focused Automation and AI Consultant / Solutions Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and client workshops to uncover pain points, understand user behavior, and map as-is and to-be workflows of daily processes.
• Translate user insights into detailed wireframes, mock-ups, and user stories that serve as the blueprint for automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, presenting designs, gathering feedback, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers and solution architects to ensure design intent is accurately translated into the final product.
• Measure user adoption and business impact post-launch, ensuring the solution delivers tangible value and aligns with business goals.
• Drive strategic discussions to connect user experience with automation opportunities and business outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships across multiple engagements, fostering long-term partnerships and trust.
