Scope of Role
Provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients, including a global top 3 tech/product company and the world's largest social media network.
Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and identify the skills and qualifications needed for specific IT positions.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract, source, and hire top IT talent.
- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Collaborate with senior staff to determine exact requirements and ensure optimal IT staffing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including writing job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific roles.
