We are looking for a UX Design Lead to drive high-value UX initiatives for our clients while strengthening design execution and strategy. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional design work, leading UX engagements, and partnering with stakeholders to align UX efforts with business outcom

fications

  • Experience8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams, preferably within an agency or service-based
  • business.A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client
  • accounts.Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications. Experience in the HealthTech industry
  • is a plus.Exposure to AI in a product or UX context—whether through tool usage, feature design, or hands-on collaboration on AI-powered products—is highly
