Summary:

As a User Experience Lead, you will oversee prototype work and software engineering solutions to enhance user experience. Your role will involve translating design concepts into prototypes efficiently while considering technical feasibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team for effective performance.
• Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within the team and across teams.
• Lead prototype work to create an optimized user experience.
• Translate design concepts into prototype solutions.
• Balance technical feasibility implications with design intent.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Solutions.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
• Experience in software engineering and prototyping.
• Knowledge of technical feasibility implications in design.
• Ability to translate design concepts into tangible solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IFS Solutions.
• This position is based at our Indore office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
