User Experience Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Designer based in Gurugram. The User Experience Designer will work on projects that enhance user experiences, combining research, creativity, and technical skills. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, creating prototypes, and developing intuitive interfaces. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric design solutions align with business objectives.

• Strong skills in User Research and Design Thinking
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) design and Visual Design
• Proficiency in creating Prototypes to demonstrate concepts and test usability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Relevant experience in using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
• Experience in tech or innovation-driven industries is a plus
