Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Designer located in Gurgaon. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, implementing design thinking methodologies, and creating intuitive user experiences. Core responsibilities include developing prototypes, crafting visual designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction through interaction design. This role will require close communication with stakeholders to ensure the final product aligns with user needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in User Research and Design Thinking to understand user needs and design effective solutions
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and Prototyping to develop functional and interactive product designs
• Strong skills in Visual Design with attention to detail and a knack for aesthetic and functional design principles
• Collaborative mindset and experience working within cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas
