User Experience Designer

• Partner with UX Leads, Product Management, Engineering, and Strategy to define and deliver high-quality, end-to-end product experiences.
• Lead design for complex initiatives, driving concept development, design ideation, and execution.
• Produce deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and annotated design specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and scalable design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design through research, usability testing, and iterative improvements.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and reusability across products.

Skills:

• Strong visual and interaction design expertise with proven ability to create intuitive, elegant experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Lean environments and collaborate across disciplines.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for feasibility discussions (coding not required).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of professional design experience, including enterprise-level product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and problem-solving skills.
