Summary:

We are hiring multiple UI/UX Designers for Bangalore and Hyderabad locations. This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll work on global projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design solutions that delight users.

What You'll Do:

• Design intuitive, responsive web and mobile interfaces ensuring seamless interaction.
• Lead UX research and map user journeys for complex workflows.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ensure accessibility compliance, responsive layouts, and integration with features like SSO.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, FullStack Developers, and cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for scalability and consistency.

What We're Looking For

• 47 years of experience in UI/UX design for B2C or enterprise applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Educational Background: B.Des / M.Des (Design education is mandatory).
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
