User Experience (UX) Designer (2+ Years Experience)
Location: Hyderabad, On Site, Full-Time
We're looking for a passionate UX Designer with 2 years of hands-on experience who thrives at the intersection of design, research, and problem-solving. If you love deeply understanding users, validating ideas through research, and crafting intuitive digital experiences this role is for you.
What You'll Do- Lead user research through interviews, usability tests, surveys, and behavioral analysis
- Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to define user-centered solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on data and feedback
- Create and maintain design systems and UX guidelines
- Validate problem statements through design thinking methodologies
- Advocate for the user's voice throughout the product lifecycle
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of professional experience in UX Design or Product Design
- Strong foundation in UX Research, IA, Wireframing, and Interaction Design
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design principles
- Experience running independent research studies
- Ability to convert insights into simple, scalable design solutions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Good to Have- Experience in Web3 / Fintech / SaaS / Gaming domains
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
