This candidate will be responsible for owning broader parts of the projects they work on, covering the strategy, visual, and experience elements of the product. You will be looking at projects with a holistic approach, assisting the lead designer with the output of the project from a client and team perspective.
Responsibilities
- Strong digital background with sharp skillset in UX and UI design
- Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
- Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project
- Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Leverage user testing make product improvements.
- Efficiently produce design, UX or UI work from discussion, concepts and wireframes across multiple media and digital products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
- 4+ years of experience in design
- Good understanding of design fundamentals (type, space, form)
- Industry knowledge and the ability to sell your vision to clients
- Experience designing from customer insight and iterating from data
- A passion for emerging technologies, devices, and digital products with a focus on user-centric design
