Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer with over 5 years of proven

expertise to join our Commerce product team. This role requires a strong foundation in

user-centered design principles, deep experience in UX research and analysis, and a

passion for solving complex design challenges.

A critical aspect of this position is leading the creation, evolution, and management of

our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across our product

experiences. The ideal candidate excels at building cohesive design foundations while

also delivering thoughtful, research-driven product experiences.

Responsibilities:

Drive the end-to-end design system strategy, including the creation and

maintenance of scalable UI components, guidelines, and documentation.

Ensure the design system supports consistent interactions, accessibility

standards, and seamless collaboration between design and engineering teams.

Drive organization-wide adoption by collaborating with designers, engineers, and

product managers, providing guidance, support, and onboarding where needed.

Continuously assess and enhance the design system to support emerging

product needs, new technologies, and evolving industry trends.

Conduct UX researchuser interviews, usability testing, surveys, competitive

analysisto uncover insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.

Analyze research findings and translate them into clear, actionable design

decisions and product improvements.

Create intuitive and engaging design deliverables, including user flows,

wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
