Role Overview

You'll lead the UX design process from research to wireframes and prototypes. Your work will shape how users interact with digital products and services making them elegant, efficient, and delightful. You'll collaborate with product managers, UI designers, developers, and content teams to translate ideas into intuitive experiences.

What You'll Do

Understand users:

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
• Turn insights into actionable UX improvements

Design with purpose:

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes
• Map journeys that solve real user problems
• Inform visual direction with UI partners

Collaborate & communicate:

• Work closely with developers to ensure UX integrity through implementation
• Present design decisions with clarity and context
• Document UX patterns and design decisions

Iterate with data:

• Use metrics and feedback to refine experiences
• Test prototypes and refine based on real user behavior

What We're Looking For

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in UX or related roles
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design thinking
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Comfortable crafting wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing
• Ability to translate business goals into user value

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with design systems
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• UI visual design experience
